I know these things would probably never play out, I simply wrote to point out that it is going to take some very unpopular, to some, type activities to squash all of the partisan squabbling about this, that and the other thing.

A feel good, kind, socialist, liberal influence has weakened our nation and will destroy it if we let it.

I think America's patriotism was as high or higher after 9/11 than in WWII and/or right after the Revolutionary War. But the swell of patriotism was divided after Bush and the other neo-cons made the land grab for Iraq.

I agree that society seems to be going downhill. But I wonder could it be we are just getting old. I read your bio and we're the same age. I'm sure the there was people in the roaring 20s saying the fabric of America is lost. I'm sure adults of the 50's thought the introduction to rock-n-roll would be the downfall of American society and we were around for the adults talking about the hippies practicing free love would destroy the countries morals.

Part of your worry...and mine, is just the evolution of a free country and we're relegated to talking about the good old days.

Where we differ is I believe in "live and let live." If it doesn't effect my house, my families values or threaten the country we both love I chalk it up to my getting older and society changing.

And on the topic of the Supreme Court, its only activist when they don't agree with your ideology. If they were to reverse Roe v Wade or rule ACLU's actions are illegal you would think they were doing their job correctly, NOT being an activist court. Something that is never mentioned in the activist Supreme Court argument is it was activist Supreme Court, that put an end to segregation. Times change, the constitution is a living document and society's morals/values change. So its good that the Supreme Court considers the values/science/culture of the day when ruling on issues.

I do think there should be term limits on all court justices. I want people that have been living in society, not some "mature" person accustomed to secret service protection, chauffeurs, personal chefs and such making decisions on the other 99.9% of U.S. citizens.

Your still missing the point. He is simply pointing out, correctly I must say, that our society has moved away from teaching our kids patriotism, family, honor, duty, respect for themselves, respect for others, selflessness, I could go on. I firmly beleive that the activist socialist Supreme Court and G-Dless communist groups like the ACLU are doing their best to destry those values.

Why is it when its conservatives caught with their hands in the cookie jar its "a few bad apples." But when FOX (sort of) NEWS and the talking heads catch a liberal doing something wrong its labeled something like this. In the voice of Lush Limbaugh- "Folks this is what the liberals do, their crooks" or Sean Vannity with pen in hand and lips puckered– "Will you democrat spoke person X appologize for your party of disgrace." And there's more than a few bad apples, I can give you bushels of bad apples– Newt Gingrich, Ted Turner, Duke Cunningham, David Vitter, Bill Bennett, Oliver North...shall I continue? The nats are getting bad and the slime is starting to ooze out of the bottom. But if you need me to I can put on my waders and keep going.

You did a mediocre job bringing up some bad apples among the Republican and Catholic crowd. Great Job!
But you entirely miss the message of Mr. O'Reilly, and that is, we have moved so far left of traditional family values that society is basically dis-functional, due in large part to Socialist(D) like yourself thinking you know what is best for society. You don't.

Coulter's moves are cold and calculated. All her jokes are scripted and ready like a pencil on her desk. Her plan is working because we keep reacting - I'm just not buying the book though.
